Quick magura service question

I've been looking for some light forks and found some magura md100r's on eBay. The description says that there is some stantion wear and leaking oil but a basic service would sort it out.

Does anyone know how much a DIY service would cost and if it would sort them?

They're fairly cheap at £99 but I don't want to end up spending more than I would if I'd waited for a set in better condition.

Stanchion wear is very rare on Maguras. They have to have been very neglected to get worn.
I would imagine you'ld be looking at £100+ or much more if the stantions need replacing. Magura don't encourage home servicing and replacement seals for newer forks are hard to find as a result, though Fox wiper seals will fit. Anything more and it's off to Magura.
For that sort of money you could pick up a nearly new set in fine fettle...
