I just bought modern.... And it arrived today!!!

I've got some DT XMM140's and they're better then the Fox Float, Fox Talas and RS Revs I had before 'em. Very good forks Steve. ;)

Yeah, 1500g claimed, but being a tall bugger and this frame being a 20", it might just weigh in over that... I'll report back when I get it in my mitts and on the scales..

It's not gonna be a weight weenie tho, going to build this one to be ridden, and abused..

Got a couple of ideas around forks and wheels now, but other than that I'll just see what other components turn up..
 
Get a dropper seatpost. You really need the saddle out of the way on bumpy descents when you've got 6" of travel up front on a hardtail.
