Airless cycle tyres...modern ones

wonder what the weight of them would be when there filled with thick sticky stinking mud and grass with the odd stick jamed in there as well ;)
great idea though if it could be sorted out for the countrys where most of the year your going to come across mud and s**t at some point !!

Stick a thin flexible skin over the sidewalls to keep the mud/rocks/mice and general countryside out and it would be a sounder idea. Why cant designers spot the flaw your average punter spots within the first 10 seconds :roll: :LOL:

and add some air pressure so you can very the ride characteristics, bingo a wonderful product that doesn't mind if all the air escapes.

It says in the comments that they will be with a transparent skin to keep the look. So to be fair - it does seem like they thought of it already.
