Just realised I had a hundred bucks I was planning to give someone in the back pocket of my walking troos.

Left them in the machine out at the farm, so by now my auntie will have likely hung them to dry.

We shall see what the damage is tomorrow.

I am guessing they will be fairly intact, they were fresh twenties.

Last time they were old tenners and came out like papier-mâché.

I didn't need reminding I am an idiot, it is tattooed on my forehead.
 
as long as recognisable as a bank note and more than 50% remains then can get "refund" from bank of england

well they should be even fresher now!! :LOL:

i was told/heard that as long as you can supply the serial number, presumably meaning it is still readable, the bank will exchange them - no idea if that is true.

otherwise slap yourself in the face ...................
