Yep Islabikes are great, my son just progressed from his Rothan balance bike onto a Cnoc. Only took him ten minutes to get used to pedalling and then he was off around the 1.5 mile trail ride and pump track at Haldon Forest. My daughter will soon be starting on the Rothan so even though they are relatively expensive they become better value when passed down. It also helps if you choose the red colour as it isn't as gender specific as the blue and pink bikes so good for boys and girls.
