Good advice Sherlylock, I'll get meself a can of that!

Is it a spray or does it come out as liquid?
 
My first job on my first day working at my old LBS was to build up and commission one of these! :D

The amount of cardboard and plastic leftover afterwards was truly shocking! Pre-recycling days too :shock:

I bought one last year, 92 PM frame. The seat post and the bottom bracket came out really easy;-) But I paid more than 30 quid for the frame..
