Yodel destroy frame

Fookin ell!!! Maybe the van was hit by a train and then they transferred the packages to a new van and delivered them!!!

I'm gutted for Chris. It would have made a nice bike

I cleaned and greased the headset, chased out the BB threads, took a long time packing it securely in a strong bike box and then this bloody happens.

It was delivered by Yodel via the Parcel2go site. I've already submitted a damage claim using these photos. Been told it could take up to 20 days to sort out

I think I'm still in a bit of shock seeing those pics. The damage can only have been done by driving something over it.

I'll wait with interest to see how they can do anything other than admit that it was their fault!

Here's a pic before delivery:

Mine took 3 months for a simple loss again Parcel 2go and yodel.

keep up at them 2 - 3 times a week and be prepared to wait. :(

Lost for words...I got worried when I sent a bike through them that went "off radar" for three days, but that did finally turn-up undamaged.
