I think I have 4x RH ones (the chainset side) around somewhere at home in all BLUE - never been used (as don't have left hand side ones!!) Though about making them in to door handles at one point for a bike shop, but never got round to it!
A long shot I know, but if you're interested I'll hae a did around at the w/e for you. The are the 'dog bone' original ones too.
