It doesn't look like a nuovo tipo to me(as suggested early on bikeforums) , the flange is too thick next to the bearings IMO

I don't understand ,why should it be ? the pistas above are clearly 321/102 (large flange) and 322/102 (small flange)
 
What I mean to say was that if it had a solid axle it would look more like a track hub than a road hub......

Twice as much metal than a Campag sheriff star LOL

Yes there is a lot of metal , and thats probably why few were sold and most of us have never seen one !
