happened to me, and they asked what I used at night, so i told them, plus a bit more, and they said OK, that's about 30%, we'll reduced your bill to reflect this. Might as well tell them, and make sure you are paying for what you use, not guessing, and maybe doing yourself a disservice.

29p day rate 5p night rate, no standing charge.

Just discovered our meter has been running on rate 1 and rate 2 during the day ! one is economy 7 so should not be !!!

The main reason i am procastinating is that I have just changed suppliers so the meter has been broke on both of their watches. Have this conversation with 2 companies will be a proper PITA I imagine!
