The detailing looks just like the Al Carter Professional I had. Though that was so heavy it probably wouldn't be worth stripping and painting! If not branded an Al Carter then its got to be one of the other "Townsend / Falcon" group brands. Falcon / British Eagle / Coventry Eagle / Townsend / Shogun / Claud Butler Although I think BE CE and CB were lugged construction. Edit: Holdsworth were another, but I think they were lugged too...
