2nd December ride from Wendover

Sorry for being late in posting the details of next Sunday's Cleland ride starting from Wendover. Geoff Apps will be there and the details can be found on the Cleland website and the RetroBike regional rides calandar.

It would be good to have some local riders along for what, judging by the recent rainfall, promises to be a total mudfest!

Despite all the recent rainfall the ride was not the total mudfest I was looking forward to. Certainly nothing like as wet and muddy as some of the old rides.

Here are a few of the more memorable landmarks of our long and arduous mid-Winter quest for mud.

Anyone fancy a group ride in the next few weeks? I'm not riding a retro at the moment but would be good to get out there. Been visiting wales a lot recently and haven't been riding too locally.

Any ideas?

The 31st Cleland Birthday ride also known as the 'Wendover Bash' will be taking place on Sunday the 1st of December 2013.

Once again these prehistoric off-road bicycles will be heading to the woods, in search of real mud, and tea shops.

As usual, non Cleland and Highpath owning RetroBikers are more than welcome to join us.
