Mornin' all,

A question - does anyone know the name of the model of Raleigh bike which was black with gold components and made in the 1980's (early to mid)?

NO prizes for the answer (again)

I was thinking about this bike but have no idea of the model - but, pending and answer, i can trawkl for pics of it.

Thanks Malt, it might be a Record but in my mind it was more 'modern' looking (my memory is quite poor).

I am thinking that is was a cheaper bike than the Record.


Any other ideas?
 
The picture is in my head! Black and gold and not overly expensive. The Record looks too normal? This was 80's bling!

I worry that i am dreaming but i suspect not.

Any other guesses?
 
Apologies it's not a quasar, just found a picture of one with a bloke that looks like my window cleaner!
 
Have you a pic of a Quasar in black and gold?

My 80's music is good too - but not pop!!!
