No problem at all matey Infact i've been wondering what one of these would look like on a chrome chainstay!

Too much or or that bit more blingy,only thinking of protecting my chrome on the rear stay.

Ian, I think that they are only really necessary on painted stays - they would certainly detract from the high gloss finish of your chrome stays, as the proptectors are usually made of aluminium and do not have nearly the same glossy finish.
