Perfect winter bike here. Surprisingly nice features on this frame, but a tatty paint job.
Campagnolo dropouts, wraparound seat stays and nice lugwork.
I'd use it myself but it's a couple of cm too big for me.
The running gear is a mishmash of stuff, but the brakes are nice centre pull Weinmanns.

I'd like £95 for the whole thing, ideally picked up in London but I can post.
27" Sunshine/Sanshin high flange wheels would be £50
Frame, forks (non original, but decent Reynolds) and running gear would be £50.
