I haven't ridden it yet actually, but I picked that ring based on finding other riders with that exact setup, plus the ring is beautifully machined. I ride a 1x9 on my Bonty already, and have been really happy with how that performs (although it's a Ritchey Compact crankset and 30T ring).
It's an e13 Guide Ring, and comes in about 10 different anodized colors. Oh, and you'll also need some single ring chainring bolts. I used ProblemSolvers alloy ones.

Here's my 1993 GT RTS-1
during a 60 mile ride I went on last weekend:
Pardon the panniers.
It actually started life as a RTS-2 but when the frame cracked around the rocker a month after I got it and the bike was not ridden hard, GT sent a RTS-1 frame to replace it. I've been riding it ever since, original owner.
I just replaced the tires and seat recently with Ritcheys.
