I've got some ebay fella trying to tell me its an F3/4 because its got a canti hangar on the monostay. Its got a cable guide on the monostay I think. I've got to go home at lunchtime, so I'll get some pics and post the here.
I've also had someone tell me (see questions to seller on the ad) that its down to frame number:

Size: 19 Type: RC 08 Build: 09
