Picked this up from a friend couple of weeks ago who mentioned he had a frame hanging in his garage for 15 years ! Turned out he also had all the parts too :) His plan was to fixie it  Thankfully he never got round to it

Not fully clued up on campagnolo stuff but from what i've learned i think

Shifters/chainset-70's record ?

Brakes/mechs-late 80's chorus ?

The rims look gorgeous Mavic MA40/Ofmega hubs

After good spit/polish i'ts looking really good..

Just to cable up fit chain/bar tape ..

Fitted new levers want comfort :) New seatpost(modern) but does a job..

Michelin classic treads fitted

Still trying to contact Ron to confirm year .. He's not well

That looks great.

There is nothing better than bringing a bike back to life.

Thanks Neil ... I shudder to think how many lovely old bikes are rotting
Away in sheds/garages etc :(

I will try to save as many as I can ... Space/money/wife's tolerance permitting

Col :) :)

What a gem - and how lucky that you got hold of it in time.

Enjoy your project and the rides :)

Thank you ... I'm not against fixies/ss I have a few too(modern ones that came as ss)

Just nice to retain an old bikes dignity :) :)

That looks great! Those campy components are beautiful. However you should get the bike fully sorted out before considering an entry in the rbotm contest, especially since my bike is entered this month. :D

Another sweet looking build Col.

Cheers Barry ... Can't take all the credit I'm just the lucky one given
Chance to return her to semblance of former glory :) :)

Nice :D

Chainrings are super record :) Have a look on the inside of the crank and there should be a diamond with a number in it. IIRC that's the year of manufacture for the 70's
