Check out the shiftmate by j-tech, it's a small pully that fits on the derailleur cable that lets you mix different years of Campy levers and rear mechs. I'm actually using Campy 2001 9s shifters with Dura-ace 9s rear mech and Dura-ace 9 sp wheels. Works perfectly.
