Great screen, it's had a protector on since new, no scratches.
It has a crack at back where dock port is, this is very common with the iPhone3. It doesn't affect the phone in any way. It hasn't gotten any worse so I never bothered to re-case it.
It's on the Vodaphone network, I don't have another SIM to try but it can be easily unlocked and/or jailbroken.
Will come with the white USB/charge cable.
