it's very light for sure, even because tubular tires do make a difference. The frame is around 2 kilos including the Fox shock, the fork is uberlight. Around the 10 kilos and a half range... well I think...
 
thanks for posting - it is one of the more unusual builds, especiallyu the wooden rims - first I've heard of them being available in modern time.
