This is my 53cm 979 Vitus which is in outstanding condition with barely a mark. Not sure the pics do it justice. It belonged to a friend of mine and it had been pretty much unused for years and years so I bought it in a fit of retro fever and built it using parts I had and some new ones. Truth is I'm not a retro fan and it will never get ridden so I decided to offer it to anyone here although I'll keep it rather than give it away. It looks stunning with the matching red wheels (Ambrosio rims and Dura Ace hubs). It has 105 5500 9-spd shifters, Ultegra rear mech and 105 front mech, new Nitto stem and Deda bars, Charge saddle, Veloce brakes, Stronglight compact chainset and Campag headset. Is £450 too much?? Willing to consider offers for frame and fork as well.
