Yes - I'm 99% sure that Nuovo Record would have been supplied with the 50th - perhaps someone can confirm?
Your Velobase link is for a Nuovo Record - see the `thick' cups with the rifled `spiral'.
Just to be a little more clearer than the previous description - the thick cups mean that the ridges on the axle that locate the bearings are closer together than on the thin `Record' BB.
To make a call on the headset, I need to see all the individual parts - the Athena . Chorus / Croce and C-Record sets of the late 80s look pretty similar, the 50th came with a Super Record style - not sure if all the engraving was identical.
Finally - I've attached a 50th advert from September '83.

I've found some close ups of the 50th group - definitely a Nuovo Record BB with the satin finish on the axle similar to yours.
