Paris Roubaix tyres?

Yup, run the fattest tyres you can - 25mm tyres have 20% more volume than 23s, so make a noticeable difference. Dropping your tyre pressure helps with comfort and grip too.

I rode L'eroica with some 32mm file tread CX tubs on my Gios - I was cruising the downhills and was getting grip on the climbs whilst others struggled on skinny tyres.

Carbon or good quality aluminium (Dura Ace Easton) or titanium seat post with a bit of give also helps massively.

It was like night and day changing my ITM Millenium to a Carbon post.

Some pros have also been known for using really narrow ~25mm posts using shims for fitment to give additional compliance.

I seem to remember that some manufacturers (Clement, Vittoria??) made special tubulars just for P-R with larger casings. I'm sure Barry Hoban mentions them somewhere in an article.
