sometimes NOS components are defined in this way to avoid to say that storage marks have marked them and confuse buyers,
this set has really been used 3km and I don't have cleaned the rims surface to be honest and show you that the brakes touched them, but believe me, I'm ready to guess that some new set has more storage marks than this set

rims surface and hubs
up to you any consideration

NOS means new old stock, as in stock which is now obsolete and has never been sold retail.

Of course, many people refer to items as NOS or near NOS which they have bought themselves and which has either been fitted but never used or bought but has never used, but I don't think you could really argue 3k is NOS.

if you gonna buy them if I call them used 3km , let go in this way, they are not NOS but used 3km, but better condition than some NOS wheels
