£100,000!

Cyfa:
Is this not a similar thing then?
Certainly similar, in that they are both designed by Sir Alex, but at different ends of the spectrum really.
The white one is a Pashley factory built one. OK but heavy with the suspension from the 80s Moulton AM series. Pretty much the same as the Moulton APB etc. Not really considered a 'real' Moulton. A bit like all that Pre/post Trek business...

The one in the scam is made by the small team at the Moulton works in Bradford on Avon, silver soldered stainless steel, with the double pylon seat and head tubes. The kit is custom made Dura Ace, with Flexitor (Rubber bushes in shear) suspension. There is one model above this, with a carbon fork.
I can't honestly believe it, but the Moulton worker I spoke to a few years ago said that it has 6-900 hours of work in each one.

All the best,
