You mean the fork crown or the steerer tube ?, if it's the long metal pipe that goes through the frame thats the steerer tube, fork crown is the big bit at the top that the fork legs go into (and the steerer tube goes into the centre)

i need about a 20 cm steer yes its a bit of a pane but iv got my eye on a nuther sat of forks whitch will bee good for a nuther progect
