Due to public holiday on Monday in Dundee, today I gave out 3 gallons of Methadone! Yes you read that right 3 gallons. I'd be surprised if its not all taken by now, leaving then rattling by Tuesday.

Yesterday i gained the most beautiful baby daughter, Suzannah Elizabeth Jeffcoat Henry, born at 3pm and currently sleeping soundly on my chest

Bikes are about to take a backseat for a while!!
