In conjunction with a loose amalgum of NE & Yorkshires finest I offer you a mid festivities visit to Glentress to work off those post Christmas food and drink excesses before knuckling down to more on Hogmanay 
I'm proposing Saturday 29th December as it might allow those who have to work between Christmas and Hogmanay a chance to join in and most everything should be fully operational.
Main Carpark at Glentress, 10 for 1030am
Plan being, show up on whatever bike, even Surly's, its Christmas afterall (retro is not a rule), have a ride and talk rubbish as usual. Then retire to a hostellry for some grub and more witty repartee before heading homeward.
