to borrow please layback post and 80mm stem/ 31.8 high rise

I am not getting comfortable on my road bike.

I would like to try a high rise short stem - around 80mm that will fit a 31.8 bar.

I also have a brooks which does move far back enough. I want to try it with a layback post before buying one.

Does some kind soul have one or both of these that I could borrow for a few weeks (I will of course pay postage costs), to try out.

whats the problem?
i had neck pains on my road bike so i removed the peak from my helmet, made the world of difference as i wasnt cricking? my neck to see the horizon.
shoulder/middle of back between blades pain was resolved by flipping my stem to a positive angle +/- 5 degree stem.
arse pain was reduced by putting a saddle on that my arse liked, not my eyes.
just a couple of things i did before buying stuff.

pain in my right shoulder

I have no idea what it is.

Between my shoulder and neck on the right hand side only, there is a lump of flesh that simply hurts, which I think is the neck muscle - trapezius muscle.
