Hi, for the past two years my dream was to rebuild my old MTB, here it is

I imagined that 12 years in a cellar of the genus had damaged chain, cables and casings and rusted the frame, fork and hub instead had the worst!!

Parkpre frame in titanium finish had been painted and then remained nearly intact

recovery is initiated by major vintage component the Rock Shox SID 1998...

the ergal nipples were all locked and to change the hub I had to unscrew these 4 discs one by one with pliers and screwdriver

the wheels are carbon and ergal hubs 32 holes FRM with Ritchey spokes double-butted 1.8/1.5/1.8 cross in third and ergal nipples DT silver

That is stunning, although you should be hung from the highest yard arm in the land for letting it get in that state in the first place ;)
 
Oh dear it was in a state. Excellent job though, nice workmanship. Mad colour! Let's see some more pics of completed bike.
 
Very nice restoration. Good to see another Parkpre saved from the skip. You have inspired me to do something about my Parkpre Team 925 frame.
 
I hope you like fixing punctures. Why not get some nice amber walls, they look much better.
