Cheers everyone 
must say I'm pretty chuffed how it turned out Mullac I just used a single speed conversion kit from an online shop and a Salsa front chainring can't remember which shop but I'll check later for you and its an 18" Slimpee.
Don't worry its not going to be sprayed now as I have this to feed my white Kona needs
