Local ride meeting at Humberbridge County car park for breakfast at 9:00 leaving for ride later after food and banter.
Route is easy offroad with slight hills you can ride or walk. route will be as the flow takes us.

Well good ride, bit windy and newbie-retro-mtber did well.

Strava says a 21 year old bike is only a second or 2 slower than the moderns and I was knackered or logs in the way.

Oh and longun, you'll need to pop over again as I was 3 or 4 seconds quicker down the wooded singletrack ofter the scout camp. though given my legs wouldn't let me stand up on the bike to go faster and I need to learn to trust berms there is more to give

I dunno give me some tyres with grip and it makes it so much easier.

Prefer you to ride on slicks all the time personally Ben, much more fun for the rest of us watching you make failed attempts to stop then just bail off the bike
