Go on tell us - How much did you pay for the tires? :D

using the "completed listings" option of Ebay, you can find out for yourself... and lets just say he REALLY wanted them

What a lovely bike! Considering the price that a lot of NOS mid 90's tyres make I don't think that was too bad for those tyres.

Well.....  I never saw a NOS pair for sale before... Found some used sets in the past, but got outbid in the end allways. Didn't want to pay top money for used tires.. Then these turned up! Just perfect for this build! I just had to have them....

Same story with the NOS Suntour Mighty shifters!..... :?

To complete this Stumpy all I need is an original Stumpjumper saddle. They look allmost like a Avocet Touring saddle. That's why I bought a NOS Avocet Touring I saddle recently so I can use the bike untill I find the original saddle!!

OK seen that now - I was only asking as I may have similar pain coming my way! I agree that it's not too much, you can pay that for a new set of tubs and they are an amazing find. I doubt we will be seeing NOS of these again!
