Not as much as you'd imagine - due to some good ebay and bargain hunting in various online stores.
For example the Manitous were £100 nos from Winstanleys, the Nokon set was £20 on ebay, and the XTR rear mech was £45 second hand but unused as far as I could tell.
A lot of the other bits were from the spares 'box'.
