This was wrong (taken from a web-site) but have found the correct sequence HOME VOL UP and POWER...rebooted and seems to work :D

I love it when something goes right!

My phone seems to get temperamental when charging in the car/start stopping. Sometimes needs a reboot.

Never happened with tins and string.

Aye...a few years ago I did not think I would need to know how to reboot a chuffing telephone :LOL:
 
Where I used to work we had computers that doubled as phones. It all went downhill after they introduced them.
 
Given you are a business also if you havn't backed your numbers up ... I would take this as a warning to do so

I normally buy a payg sim, download my numbers onto it then keep it somewhere safe if needed
