I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to seek advice on this issue but I've recently made a few purchases for parts from a number of lovely chaps here and it's all been smooth sailing except for one transaction.
The seller in question has not provided me with a tracking number as promised since I made payment on the 07 Sep, 2012 and his last PM to me was on the 13 Sep, 2012. I have sent repeated PM's and the outbox has been cleared so I assume he has read them but he has been ignoring me and not responding.
Any suggestions would be truly appreciated.
