Period rims for 93" Colnago Master

the phrase "clinker" didn't even exist back then. high pressure or "wired on" rims were only used by the raleigh castorama and peugeot teams and both were littered with punctures as i remember!

almost all pro teams used sprint rims with decent tubular tyres such as the vittoria corsa cx or cg. as far as rims were concerned on a team colnago - ambrosio metamorphosis, mavic ssc or campagnolo record pave/ strada.

"clinker" - sorry i meant clincher.

same difference!

;)

+1 Listen to this man

If you are still searching, I have noticed SDEALS.COM has a few Campagnolo montreal rims left... these are light clinchers 1990s
I have bought lots of stuff from them and they are very reliable
