on a lighter note however, i would like to whip out a stick and beat some of the delinquents round here.
parading them around so that people know their faces would probably have a positive result too.

You're not the only one who feels that way.

Over here they're releasing them way too early anyway.

For minor offences I'd like the stocks returned on a saturday in the market. Might not be such a badge of honour as a conviction is now and would be far cheaper
