On a serious note, since waitrose started price matching other supermarkets on branded products and also introduced their own 'essentials' range they've become seriously competitive on the cost of my weekly shop compared to Tesco etc.

Im often in Guernsey visiting family, and the Waitrose in St Peter Port is a MASSIVE store, clearly it's too big as their reduced section is so well stocked you can almost do your entire shop in it!

Well, out of this whole thread, I've learned the following:
