spoke to chain reaction today about the delivery issue, they are going to send me another load of paperwork to replace the missing stuff and have said that the frame will be warrantied through them and not to worry about the kona warranty....i think ill contact kona anyway. they have also offered me £30 of vouchers instead of sending a new set op pedals. bonus for me as i didn't want the pedals any way and would have to stick em on ebay anyway and see what i got. i can put that to a quick release for the seat as the bike doesn't come with one :?
i also recieved a call from a chap in their tech dept advising me on the shock pressures and how to go about setting the front and rear.
i've now invested in a shock pump so things are looking up
just need decent light and i can start early rides
