my first yorkshire puddings ever!

No one can make Yorkshire puds like my gran could....

I gave up trying years ago - but these look like a jolly noble first attempt.

I am guessing 180/200 odds for temp, they look nicely crunchy.

Stew looks bloody tasty too! I did a venison stew and chicken stew for a dinner party a couple of weeks back and now I see your plateful I realise I should have done some Yorks Puds an all.

Your family are lucky to have a dad who can cook!

:)

I have Yorkshire blood on my mothers side.........i'd eat them they look great......oddly as a kid my granny used to tell me they would eat the Yorkshire puddings with butter.not smothered in gravy !............but she also made a jam pasties once...........i thought they was meat and put it on a plate and did put gravy on that....didn't blooming eat it though when i saw jam oozing out of it
