I'm rather partial to a pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord every now and then.
I gave up coffee (except before bike rides) last year due to a series of banging headaches when I was drinking about 5 espressos each morning. Now it's tea (white, no sugar, please) during the day.
Usually it's ribena with fizzy water with the evening meal (tea for us northerners, dinner for the southern chaps), or maybe a glass of a good Bordeaux (note good Bordeaux - I've decided not to do cheap wine any more - life's too short).
