Hope you kept the old saddle.

Looks nice. I'd remove the reflectors too or at least sort out how the rear one is sitting. Drive side picture is always nice.

What don't you get about the gears?

Just how they work ha. After reading online I think i get it. I did keep the saddle if this one isnt comfortable

Looks like you might need it that saddle looks a like a cock deadener too me.

think you got friction gears. basically, they don't click. means you need to get intimate and know how much you should move the lever to switch gear

takes a few rides, but it'll be second nature soon enough!

i'm liking this bike. never had a road/racer style bike before, but the more i see these builds, the more i'm tempted!
