basically the customer service there is so bad.
no one smiles when they look at you.
they look like its too much hard work to go and fetch you a pair of trainers.
i expect more from shop assistants when i go shopping.
it just seems some people's work ethic is so poor these days.
it costs nothing to smile these days.
on a positive note, i had a very enjoyable ride round rivington today.
