Don't know why exactly but I'm currently taken with the notion of building up and old school TT machine-lo profile and hopefully with nice curved, bendy seat tube! Italian flavoured would be nice but mind open to alternatives.
Wheel size 700/650 would be the order of the day so if anyone has a spare set staring at them too...
