ever so slightly negative feedback ...

Hmmm ...

I hate to leave negative feedback ... but I guess that's what this space is for as well. It's not all negative anyways.

I was sold some QR skewers ... one of which was bent/kinked. Bummer that.

When I contacted him ... he promptly apologised and offered to send a replacement ... which is great ... but not really worth the postage all the way to Australia for a single skewer.

So ... no biggy ... and no big cash outlay ... but a little more care maybe?
