yep, me, :LOL: Ti frame is the latest project for WW. The lardy seat has already been replaced, bar ends, bell :shock: and bottle cages removed so eventually should get it under 10 kg (closer to 11 kg at the mo;)

Dem wheels are over 2.0 kg!!! :shock:

..... new set of Rovals, carbon bars, 160 mm front disc and Ti/Al bolts sees weight drop to 9.88 kg ... got a few things planned so should get under 9.5 kg.

Your changes are all in the right direction :D The rear mech looks very long

I second both remarks. Not much you can do about the rear mech though. I have the same one, M770 shadow SGS. Upgrading to a 780 might help improve the looks because that one is mostly black.
 
The Cube Elite HPT Titanium MTB is very nice & quite rare, only a few were made and only for a couple of years

We had one in the shop for a couple of months in the wrong bloody size for me :LOL:
 
rebadged Lynskey frame.

now down to 9.49 kg after lighter wheels and carbon fibre post.
