I've got loads of spare bits that would make a nice singlespeed, and a 80's Peugeot frame...don't worry it's only a real pants one.
Thing is are the threads and stem diameters standard on these? I don't have an 1" headset about to try it. If they are it's just a case of grinding off some odd attachments, powder coating it and off I go.
