Anyone ?? they say its Machine Tech, i think otherwise...

Im with Retrobikeguy, BUT, didnt the WI system use a full loop of cable instead of a return spring, ie, you twisted the shifter one way to change up, and instead of the shifter returning on its own power when you 'released' to change down, it actually moved the cable the other way to change down.

does that make sense?

either way, its definitively NOT Machine Tech.

I reckon that was the case, yes.
 
In fact, Im confident now, I cant see a spring, and the arm has two holes for cable clamps, one either side, which could be for TP/BP, but kind of implies what I was babbling on about before...

if it is a WI one, then a) its very rare, and b) its gonna be tricky tracking down the matching shifters and rear mech!
